​HYROX London 2025 is set to take place over the UK’s Bank Holiday weekend, from 3rd to 5th May, at the iconic Olympia London venue. This event will feature a range of categories, including Open, Doubles, Pro, and Adaptive divisions, catering to athletes of all levels. The competition follows the standard HYROX format: eight rounds of 1 km runs each followed by a functional workout, challenging participants' endurance and strength. It is anticipated to host over 12,000 athletes and approximately 20,000 spectators during the event.
