The pure form of Creapure®, creatine monohydrate, helps to make the necessary amount of energy available for a short intensive effort. To release energy for the working of the muscles, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) breaks off into a phosphate group. What remains is adenosine diphosphate (ADP), which the body converts back to ATP by utilizing the energy present in food.
