The third HYROX Race in Germany in the new season is official! We are coming to Frankfurt. And not only that: the event will take place over 2 full days! We are expecting up to 10.000 athletes on December 14th and 15th. This will make Frankfurt the biggest event in the German-speaking region so far!

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
