Fittest of the Coast (FOTC) is a popular fitness competition based in Charleston, South Carolina. It features an online qualifier, the Coastal Qualifier, followed by a championship event at the Charleston Convention Center. The event includes various divisions for individual athletes and teams, with categories for different skill levels and age groups. FOTC has become a major fitness gathering, emphasizing a great community atmosphere, organization, and exciting competition.
